ALTIS bot dashboard

One Discord bot serves every ALTIS division. This is where it is configured: posting embeds, scheduling messages, deciding who is allowed to do what, and reviewing what has been done.

What it does

You will see the divisions for the ALTIS servers you are in.

Features

Embeds

Build a message with up to ten embeds and see it rendered the way Discord will render it. Templates can be saved and reused, Discohook JSON can be imported, and messages can be posted as the bot or under a named identity.

Scheduled messages

Send a message once at a set time, or on a repeating schedule. Times are interpreted in the timezone the division selects, and the next five run times are shown before anything is saved.

Permissions

Discord roles are mapped to a fixed list of separate scopes. The server checks every action against them regardless of what the interface displayed, and an explicit denial cannot be overridden.

Reaction roles

Assign roles from emoji reactions on any message. Modes are toggle, add only, remove only, and mutually exclusive groups for things like regions or squads.

Logging

Joins, leaves, message edits and deletions are written both to a log channel and to the database, so the record remains if the channel is removed.

Per-division modules

Each division enables the features it needs and configures them independently. There is still one bot and one dashboard behind all of them.

Getting access

01

Sign in with Discord

Your Discord account is the login. There is no separate account to create.

02

Open your division

Access is granted by division leadership, who decide which Discord roles map to which permissions.

03

Use it

Compose, schedule and edit from one place. Every action is written to the audit log.
